Clémence Gouy x WMA Festival

6th December 2021

A new rock ‘n’ roll star

If you’re going to launch a new arts and music festival, you’re going to need a poster that rocks.
So, the Women Metronum Academy Festival turned to Clémence Gouy to conjure a visual identity that captured the essence of four days of female-led concerts, screenings and epic DJ sets. The result was a giant artistic rock goddess, replete with bass guitar, drumsticks, pen and mic.
The artwork became emblazoned all over Toulouse, lighting up the city in kaleidoscopic pinks, maroons and yellows. The WMA’s new mascot was then screen-printed onsite on jackets, tees, tote bags and hoodies – producing upcycled, one-of-a-kind, eco-friendly festival merch. Check it out – and rock out – here.
